Services

  • Professional Association Manager assigned to your association.
  • Maintain professional relations with clients and respond in a systematic fashion to requests for services.
  • Assist in the preparation of specifications of contracts.
  • Coordinate with contractors and owners.
  • Attend regular scheduled Board of Directors and General Membership meetings.
  • Prepare and / or helps to prepare meeting information, which can include Agendas, Minutes, Financial Reports, and other pertinent materials.
  • Enforcement of CC&Rs, and Rules and Regulations.
  • Coordinated legal action when needed.
  • Twenty-four hour / seven day per week emergency response.
  • Monthly Financial Statements sent to each board member.
  • Collect all dues / assessments.
  • Full Customer Service support.
  • Full fiscal accounting services and support.
  • Provide board members with helpful information to help run a successful Association.
  • Maintain Association Insurance required by the state, & CC&Rs.
  • Accurate monthly billing.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, which are held in the name of the Association using the Associations tax ID number.
  • Pay Association’s bills in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements of cash receipts and disbursements, including all reserve accounts.
  • Assist auditor or other professionals appointed by the board of directors.
  • Prepare contractor’s 1099’s and payroll accounting.
  • Timely preparation and submission of reports and forms to governmental agencies as required.
  • The accounting services are broken into different areas, each separately staffed to ensure that the receivables deposits, invoice payment, check creation, and bank accounting reconciliation are performed by a different person. This function provides for the highest integrity for everyone involved.
